What is your exchange policy for online purchases?
At MAATIE, we are pleased to offer exchange for your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 10 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. You have to self ship the received products to us and once it qualifies our Quality Check we shall dispatch your replacement order.
A request for exchange can be filed for defective and damaged products or when there is issue with sizing and fit of the product.
We accept exchanges within 10 days of order delivery.
If you need to exchange a product it for another, we're happy to arrange for that too.
We request you to return the products in their original packaging along with the CLOTH BAGS and PAPER TAGS intact.
Please note that we will NOT accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.
Please note that we do NOT accept returns for items on sale.
Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges to be processed once we receive them.
Do not try on the garment if you are wearing any perfume, scent, lipstick, make-up or any such product that may transfer onto the garment. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted or clean surface to avoid soiling the footwear.
NO REFUND POLICY
A cancellation request has to be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Once this window has closed, the order shall be forwarded for processing and no cancellation requests shall be entertained.
All pieces involving natural dyes might have a slight color variation from what is seen in the picture, this is because of the properties of natural dye. As it is highly dependent on the environment, weather conditions, each lot is unique. This variation in natural processes is what makes it organic and authentic.
All handwork such as hand block printed and hand-woven fabric would have slight variations, as they are done with hand and are subject to human errors.
Defective & Damaged Product
All our products are thoroughly checked before packing and shipping to negate inconvenience. However, in extremely rare case of product getting damaged in transit, you can file for replacement.
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us.
We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
Email us if your clothes do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package.
